Order Process

Step 1

Customer Drawing

• Place an order by Email, Fax or walk in

• Mention All the information like:

• Company name

• Order tag name or project name for easy identification of the order

• Glass thickness

• Clean cut or tempered

• Polish sides

• Hardware cutouts (Ask our hardware experts for all the info regarding the hardware)

• Measurements like Height, Width, Offsets and Edges

Final Product Drawing

• Drawing with estimation for confirmation

Email Confirmation

• Get the email including the final product drawing, confirming that your glass is ready for production

• The glass will go to production once we get the confirmation email from the client.

Production

• Once the glass is in production the following steps are applied:

•Fabrication

•Polishing

•Drilling holes and notches

•Tempering

• Turnaround time: 5 Business days

Ready For Pick up / Delivery

• Once the order is ready you will get the call or email confirming the glass are ready to pick up

• In case of delivery schedule the time and place of delivery in advance when you place and order.
